Da rotolo di carta igienica a coniglietto.

The Easter Bunny

The Story of the Easter Bunny

Every winter a round old man and his round old wife get to work.
They paint and decorate eggs, they make baskets, and they make chocolate eggs.
Then, when the Easter bells are ringing in the church, they take each child in their village a basket full Easter treats. As they work their little pet white rabbit watches them.
As they paint the eggs he sits on the table watching, as they make the baskets he watches, and as they fill egg shaped moulds with chocolate he watches.
Then one year the round old couple are so tired that they are still fast asleep on Easter morning and "there was still work to be done."
Something very special happens and their pet rabbit is no longer just an ordinary pet rabbit.
Quietly and carefully the white rabbit fills up the baskets, loads them up on the wagons, and delivers them to all the children in the village.
This wonderful story of how the Easter Bunny came to get his job is beautifully and simply told with minimal but impeccably chosen text. Poignantly delicate artwork in soft colors compliments the story perfectly
